These Terms of Use apply to hellograndly.com, the Hello Grandly web app, memberships, and downloadable resources. By using Hello Grandly, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Hello Grandly
Hello Grandly is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a membership or create an account.
Memberships and renewal
Hello Grandly is offered as an annual membership. The price, promotional period, renewal price, and billing terms shown during checkout are part of your purchase agreement. Unless canceled before the renewal date, an annual membership may renew automatically at the disclosed renewal price.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Cancellations and account management
You may manage or cancel your membership through the account-management tools provided with your purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily end access before the conclusion of the paid membership period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Permitted use
Your membership and downloadable resources are for personal, noncommercial family use. You may print personal copies of downloads, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, scrape, copy the idea library in bulk, or use Hello Grandly content to create a competing product.
Family activities and safety
Hello Grandly provides general ideas for family connection and entertainment. Use your judgment, choose age-appropriate activities, supervise children as needed, check for allergies or hazards, and adapt activities to your family’s abilities and circumstances. Hello Grandly does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property
The Hello Grandly name, logos, website design, app, written activities, downloads, graphics, and other original content are owned by Hello Grandly or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, add, remove, or temporarily interrupt features and content. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and limitation
Hello Grandly is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, security risks, or material violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
