Hello Grandly grew from my own life as a grandmother of six. When all six of my grandchildren moved away, I wanted a simple place to turn when I needed a fresh way to stay involved, make a visit special, or keep a conversation going.
I created Hello Grandly to feel warm, useful, and easy—not like another complicated technology project. The ideas are meant to spark connection, not create pressure. Use them exactly as written, change them to fit your family, or let one idea lead somewhere entirely your own.

Do I need to add my grandchild’s name?
No. Grandchild profiles are optional. Adding a name and age makes filtering easier, but you can choose Everyone and browse the full library without entering any grandchild information.
Are the ideas printable?
The app ideas are easy-to-read digital cards. Printable extras—including the Happy Mail Starter Kit—are offered separately through the website and email list.
Can this be used long distance?
Yes. Many ideas are designed specifically for phone calls, video chats, mail, shared photos, and activities you can do separately but experience together.
